Shipping

Every order is printed, checked and packed flat by hand in Belgium, then handed to the postal service or a courier.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries you can select at checkout. If your country is not in the list, we cannot deliver there yet: write to us and we will tell you if that is planned.

Delivery options

Depending on your country, you can choose between:

• Standard: the most affordable option, without tracking.
• Tracked: delivery with a tracking number, usually faster.

Not every option exists for every country, and some items, such as frames, only ship tracked. The options available for your address, their prices and their estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. Free shipping may apply above a certain order amount in some countries: when it does, it is shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order leaves us, and are estimates given by the carriers. Holidays, peak seasons and customs checks can make them longer.

Customs, duties and taxes

• European Union: no customs fees. VAT is already included in your price.
• Outside the European Union: your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. They are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid by you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost or the prints are damaged, send a new set or refund you.
